Munisuvrat Swami, son of King Sumitra and Padmavati Devi, was the twentieth Tirthankar of the present half time cycle in Jainism. According to Jain beliefs, Munisuvrat swami spent 11 months performing karma-destroying austerities and then attained the all-embracing knowledge. Munisuvrat swami is said to have lived for over 30,000 years and attained liberation from Sammed śikhar. His height was 20 bows (60 metres). Tortoise is said to be the Emblem of Munisuvrat swami.
The Sculpture of Munisuvrat Swami took a complete 1.5 years from planning to execution in the making of this creation.
It is carved completely by 360 degrees which was the most challenging part of all which makes it unique in itself.
It has also been carved in one single piece & has been looked after each and every single micro detail.
This diamond sculpture creates immense value to its creation as it also exhibits complete hand-carving with very minimal usage laser technology (enhancing color).
It is indeed a unique piece of creation for which GIA has provided on its certificate with the shape: Sculpture Of Munisuvrat Swami. It’s being recognized and displayed at the GIA Museum (Carlsbad, California) and on GIA website: https://www.gia.edu/gia-museum-exhibit-carved-diamonds.
