Ganesha, also known as The Lord of Beginning and The Removal of Obstacles. He is the supreme deity of good fortune. Embedding this iconic image with the purity of diamond holds deep wisdom.
The consistent efforts to bring unique perspective in the making of Ganesha Modified Brilliant took over three months. To find a specific long piece of rough and to create Modified Brilliant Cut with hand carving makes this shape exceptionally unique and uncommon.
As it is carved by hands with no applied laser, the challenge was to make symmetrical facets for the top of Ganesha head towards the ears end.
It is made with such perfection that it is noted for symmetrical balance on both the sides.
The bottom of the head abiding tip and curve of the trunk had its own complexity in the making.
I replenished my faith and passion in the making of the shape that each part of it made its own contribution to its brilliant appearance. The complexity in the making plays a major role in the charm and beauty of its uniqueness.
Regardless of the challenges, it received GIA certified Excellent polish. It has created an immense value that GIA has provided certificate with the shape: Ganesha Modified Brilliant. It is extremely rare to find such a unique piece of divine work undertaken and indeed an excellent piece of jewel art to be treasured.
